Updates

The house we were interested in has been taken off the market. It was owned by more than one person and one of those people just died. It will probably be placed back on the market on August 1st.

We have continued to look and have made an offer on a place that fits our desires even better than the other place. It is closer to where Michael will be working and it has a large yard & an indoor laundry area. We are hoping that the owner will accept $100 less a month than the asking price. I really have a peace about this place. As I said, it fits perfectly with what we were looking for.
