A: (while hugging me and patting my belly) "I love you baby." (looking up at me) "Not you. The baby in your belly."

A: "I don't want to look cute in shorts! I want to look cute in a dress!!"


(In the truck) Me: "We are going to go to a museum and then we are going to go see some shops."
A: "I don't like shots!"
Me: "We're going to go shopping. Not to get shots."
