Ode to a Blender

Oh blender, my blender
How do I love thee?

I use thee each morning
(and noon and night too).

I make new concoctions
Juice and fruit smoothies.

Dear Husband always uses
oranges and milk,

And something to give
a bit of tartness.

I love my new blender.
I enjoy how it mixes,

And crushes,
and stirs.

The food processor's waiting
Impatiently maybe,

But until I am ready,
I'll keep enjoying my slushies!
